“无边界，被边缘的声音：宣言"艺术家联展展区由亚洲艺术研究院主办，在全球众多投稿艺术家中经过层层选拔，最终展示了不同艺术媒介的作品，包括绘画、摄影、当代影像、雕塑和装置等。本次展览汇集了来自中国、法国、英国、美国、新加坡等多个国家的70多位艺术家。
联合国教科文组织协会世界联合会代表罗伯特•福帕（Robert FOPA），中国驻法国大使卢沙野，法国最高荣誉骑士勋章获得者、作家、翻译家、法中交流促进会主席亚丁，国际旅游联合会主席让-埃里克•德•圣卢克（Jean-Éric de Saint Luc），历届法国小姐等上千位国际政界、商界、文化艺术界、科技界、娱乐界等不同领域的3800余位嘉宾出席开幕式，共同见证这一重要时刻，参与这场独特的艺术盛宴。

Marginalized Voices: A Manifesto
On the afternoon of July 15th, French time, the "International Art Co-creation Exhibition 2023," jointly sponsored by the World Federation of UNESCO Associations (WFUCA) and the Association pour le Développement des Échanges France-Chine(A.D.E.F.C), was grandly opened in the Carrousel Hall of the Louvre in France. It was a large-scale art creation, exchange, and exhibition activity involving artists, children, non-genetic inheritors, and art design students from all over the world. In the exhibition, the artist exhibition area of "Boundless Borders: Marginalised Voices - A Manifesto," hosted by the Asian Academy of Art, was selected from many contributing artists worldwide, and their works were presented in different types: painting, photography, contemporary images, sculpture installations, etc. In total, more than 70 artists from China, France, Britain, the United States, and other countries participated in this exhibition.
"Boundless Borders: Marginalised Voices - A Manifesto" emerged as an exceptional exhibition that explored the profound capacity of art to transcend boundaries and amplify marginalised voices. This captivating showcase of diverse artworks made an enlightening voyage at the Carrousel du Louvre from July 15th to July 16th, 2023, challenging conventional artistic norms and fostering a more inclusive and diverse art landscape. At the core of the curatorial vision lay an unwavering belief in the transformative power of art. Through a meticulously curated selection of works, the exhibition provided a platform for artists who had long been overlooked or underrepresented, acknowledging their invaluable contributions to the art world. By showcasing their unique stories, experiences, and creative expressions, the aim was to nurture an art community that embraced equity and inclusivity.
This remarkable exhibition celebrated the "Boundless Borders," joyously embracing the limitless potential of art and honoring the profound impact of underrepresented voices. The exhibition showcased rich artistic expressions that transcended geographical, cultural, and societal boundaries, igniting captivating conversations and nurturing deep connections that resonated within us all.
Throughout the exhibition, the resounding power of "Marginalised Voices" took center stage – the voices of artists who had long been excluded or overlooked within the art world. Their narratives held immense significance and possessed the capacity to reshape our understanding of art and society. By providing them with a prominent platform, the exhibition invited viewers to intimately engage with their stories, perspectives, and thought-provoking works that challenged societal norms and inspired transformative change.
"The Manifesto" stood as a resolute call to action, beckoning artists, viewers, and the wider art community to come together in dismantling barriers and embracing inclusivity. This collective declaration of purpose and intent dared to challenge the prevailing status quo, advocating for artistic freedom and celebrating diverse forms of expression that enriched the world.
"Boundless Borders: Marginalised Voices - A Manifesto" thanked the audiences for embarking on the artistic journey and participating in a vibrant dialogue that challenged the boundaries of conventional art and promoted inclusivity and diversity.
